Street problems, filed properly

A photo, a time, and the spot it was taken.

Civicline emails it to the right Buffalo City department, and copies the ward councillor when an email is published. Some reports are checked by a moderator first. After the interval you choose, it asks whether the problem is actually gone.

Report a problem

Step 1

Photograph it

This phone prints the time and GPS coordinates on the photo when you file, and keeps the camera’s original details with the report.

Step 2

It reaches the right desk

Potholes go to Roads, leaks to Water, dark robots to Traffic. A moderator checks a report first when the photo or the wording needs a look.

Step 3

Check back on purpose

Pick 3, 7, or 14 days. Civicline asks you to confirm the fix, and tells the department what you find.

Your reports

Loading the desk…

Reports are emailed to the Buffalo City department that handles them, with a copy to the ward councillor when one is published. Some are checked by a moderator before they go out. If someone is in danger, phone 086 111 3017 or 10111. Do not wait for the report.
